Log in using the same username (WITHOUT @truett.edu) and password as your truett.edu email.
If you are not able to log in, first try accessing your email at mail.truett.edu to see if your password needs to be reset. If you do not know the password for your email account, you will need to contact the IT department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If that does still does not work, you are missing any classes in the online classroom, or you have any other questions, please contact email@example.com.
TMU passwords are set to expire every 180 days, so if your account was created at the beginning of the school year, it should be time to reset it. If you are logging into your email at mail.truett.edu daily, then you will receive notifications before it expires so that you can change it. If you are just checking email on your phone, you will NOT receive these notifications.
Once your password expires, you will have to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have it reset.
